📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design for features within a cross-functional squad.
• Deliver UX/UI across desktop, mobile sites, and iOS app.
• Conduct usability tests and competitive analysis to understand goals.
• Create functional and inspirational customer experiences aligned with business goals.
• Use the design system and collaborate for consistent UX.
• Participate in design critiques and support inclusive collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a mobile consumer-focused product.
• Strong understanding of experience principles and user motivations.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable deliverables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to diverse audiences.
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of Figma (including prototyping) and UserTesting.
