Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design for features from discovery to iteration.
• Collaborate with PMs to define problems and roadmaps.
• Translate research into design decisions; conduct evaluative research.
• Craft intuitive UI with accessibility and responsive across devices.
• Partner with engineering to ensure builds meet specs; provide assets/docs.
• Prototype and visualize ideas from early explorations to final concepts.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience with a portfolio.
• Independently manage and deliver moderately complex design projects.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and teams to translate objectives into user-centered solutions.
• Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, layout, information architecture, and accessibility.
• Proficiency applying research insights to shape features; independent testing or with UX researchers.
• Adept at using Figma and other modern design tools to create scalable, system-driven experiences.
