📋 Description

• Lead product design from concept to launch.
• Drive design vision; establish patterns and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience in healthcare or regulated domains.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design and impact.
• Expertise in user research methodologies and translating findings.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and ability to tell compelling stories.
• Systems thinking and ability to design scalable solutions.
