🎯 Requirements

3–4 years of digital product design experience.
Strong UX principles and visual design.
Experience establishing or expanding a design system.
Experience applying research, usability testing, and data-driven decisions.
Thrives in iterative, test-and-learn environments; actively seeks feedback.
Possesses a strong portfolio showing craft and design thinking.
