📋 Description

• Translate business needs into detailed designs with senior guidance.
• Optimize designs for implementation in iterative vertical slices.
• Gather feedback and buy-in from leadership, sales, and customer success.
• Actively participate in feature ideation from conception to implementation.
• Assist in maturing BlastPoint's UI framework via component-based design.
• Proactively identify opportunities for component reuse early in design.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 1+ year designing interactive digital products.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma (preferred) and Sketch.
• Familiarity with basics of web technologies and design implications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship; background check may apply.
