Product Designer

📋 Description

• Evolve and extend design system; improve consistency and velocity.
• Partner with PMs and engineers to turn insights into solutions.
• Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Refine key screens (e.g., onboarding) and quality issues.
• Define how humans and AI collaborate in developer tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in product design for complex/technical/B2B products
• Experience building or scaling a design system with engineering
• Insight-driven with deep customer understanding
• Proactive, independent, strong communicator, collaborative
• Systems thinking; long-term scalability and feasibility
• Excited about AI and applying tech to improve workflows
