🎯 Requirements

3+ years experience in UX, service, growth or product design
Experience designing eCommerce experiences
Proven impact on purchasing behaviour and conversions
SaaS product experience with Product and Engineering teams
Proficient with analytics tools like Pendo
Familiar with A/B testing and user research methods
