📋 Description

• Design user-centered experiences across the product.
• Collaborate with product, eng to ship features.
• Participate in discovery through launch.
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear solutions.
• Iterate low fidelity; then high fidelity for handoff.
• Partner with engineering to refine constraints and feasibility.
• Ensure high-quality design implementation with Product & Engineering teams.
• Contribute to discovery and design activities with customers and stakeholders.
• Develop design artifacts (flows, wireframes, prototypes, visuals).
• Contribute to design system and style guides.
• Share work, critique, and foster a collaborative culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in product design (Enterprise SaaS, healthcare a plus).
• Experience collaborating with engineering and product management teams.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery.
