📋 Description

• Design AI-first, consumer-facing apps and experiences
• Develop and communicate a clear experience design that aligns stakeholders
• Promote user-centric design using UX research and competitive analysis
• Develop and implement prototypes and documentation to convey design intent
• Work with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and healthcare experts to deliver scalable solutions
• Expertly develop and deliver internal and public presentations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full product lifecycle design experience
• Designed for consumer audiences across mobile apps and responsive web
• Strong individual contributor with adaptable process
• Mastery of design principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma — layout, prototyping, design systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
