Product Designer

📋 Description

• Be hands-on in all product development stages from brainstorming to launch
• Collaborate with engineering to ship MVP features with strong UX
• Craft interactive prototypes and specs for design solutions
• Articulate design decisions to leadership, product owners, and engineers
• Participate in design reviews and feedback sessions
• Maintain and extend a shared component library
• Contribute to strategic planning aligning design with product goals

🎯 Requirements

• Turn complex problems into simple, user-centered experiences
• 3+ years designing UX/UI and shipping products for commercial clients
• 2+ years developing, maintaining, and extending design systems
• Deep understanding of UX/UI best practices, principles, patterns
• Excellent visual design with a strong portfolio across screen sizes
• Figma expertise including auto layout, variants, variables, and libraries
• Experience conducting user research and collaboration sessions
• Experience collaborating across design, product, engineering, QA to launch new product/feature
• Strong communication and self-management skills
• Result-driven mindset, process-driven approach
• Bonus: AI/LLM-powered SaaS design, legal industry, startup experience
