🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional design experience.
• Mastery in Figma and other applicable design software.
• Relevant experience with different design methods and techniques.
• Online or PDF portfolio (include passwords).
• Previous fintech startup or marketplace design experience.
• Facilitating research and user testing.
