🎯 Requirements

8+ years of design operations experience in high-growth tech.
Built and scaled 0-1 operational systems across multidisciplinary teams.
Flexible with process; knows when it's effective and when not to apply it.
Deep familiarity with the design and product development process from research to delivery.
Experience managing shared design tools, assets, and libraries.
Skilled in vendor and contractor management for collaboration and outcomes.
