📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of product designers across Instant Loans and MyPay
• Set a high bar for craft, delivering cohesive end-to-end experiences
• Drive product strategy with cross-functional leaders, shaping roadmaps
• Champion member-centric design grounded in research, data, and experimentation
• Identify and integrate AI-driven opportunities to improve UX and decisioning
• Establish scalable design patterns and systems across lending surfaces

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading product design teams delivering consumer-facing digital products
• A portfolio demonstrating strong craft across interaction, visual, and systems design
• Evidence of influencing product strategy and driving measurable outcomes
• Experience working on complex, high-stakes domains (financial products, lending, risk)
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data
• Exposure to or experience integrating AI/ML into product experiences
