🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years product design experience with at least 2 years leading teams.
- BA/BS in graphic design, design communication, HCI, or related field, or equivalent.
- Proven track record shipping complex enterprise/B2B SaaS products with Product & Engineering.
- Experience designing for sophisticated users/workflows (enterprise, data-heavy, regulated).
- Process-driven and able to communicate complex concepts to drive a shared vision.
- Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
