📋 Description

• Lead design across Afterpay global apps from vision to execution.
• Own end-to-end customer experiences across product areas.
• Partner with product, engineering, research, data, sales and marketing to define strategy.

• Elevate design craft across surfaces: home, checkout, payments, post-purchase.
• Drive clarity in ambiguous spaces; balance global and local needs.
• Evolve Cash App design system while maintaining Afterpay’s brand.
• Mentor designers; model craft, storytelling, and cross-functional influence.
• Represent customer voice; push for bold, scalable, customer-first solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in product design with ownership of consumer apps.
• Proven experience defining product strategy with strong design execution.
• Track record shipping high-impact end-to-end experiences at scale.
• Mastery of interaction, visual, and systems design.
• Experience leading design across geographies and regulatory environments.
• Ability to move between visionary thinking and detailed execution.
• Strong communication and storytelling that inspire teams.
• Experience mentoring other designers.
• Passion for shaping money management and commerce.
