Design and ship product features from concept to build-ready specs
High-craft interaction and visual design for iOS/Android
Work within Nanit's existing design system, extending components
Navigate device pairing and sync flows for connected products
Partner with engineers and PMs to refine designs and support implementation
Communicate design decisions clearly and incorporate feedback to keep projects moving

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of product design experience with shipped consumer tech
Excellent hands-on craft in mobile design on iOS and Android
Software-first designer with experience in connected/IoT hardware or healthcare products (strong plus)
Highly proficient in Figma
Comfortable working within an established design system
Self-directed and quick to ramp, able to deliver on schedule
