Product Data Science Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of customer-facing data analysts.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex, custom data products.
• Ensure high analytical and technical standards across the team (SQL, PySpark, Python).
• Act as escalation point for complex analytical challenges with hands-on guidance.
• Partner with Engineering to define scalable infrastructure and productized solutions.
• Collaborate with Advisory Services and stakeholders to deliver high-impact client solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing and mentoring data analysts or analytics teams.
• Strong hands-on SQL and PySpark for data analysis — Must.
• Strong Python scripting experience — Must.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — Must.
• Experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder expectations — Advantage.
• AWS infrastructure experience — Advantage.
