- Product analytics tools Pendo and Google Analytics; BI tools Sigma.
- Define and measure KPIs: activation, engagement, retention, adoption.
- Portfolio or case studies showing business impact.
- Degree in Statistics Data Science CS or related field; R/Python a plus.
