  • Act as primary regional technical CS expert for NiCE Cognigy platform.
  • Advise CSMs and customers on platform capabilities, architecture, and best practices.
  • Work in a one-to-many model with multiple CSMs, supporting regional accounts.
  • Help design, operate, and optimize Cognigy.AI-based conversational solutions.
  • Provide timely answers to questions and drive adoption of best practices.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years in a technical customer-facing role in Conversational AI or enterprise SaaS.
  • Hands-on Cognigy.AI: flow design, NLU config, agent orchestration, analytics.
  • Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with CCaaS, CX platforms, CRM integrations.
  • Collaborate with Support, Product and Engineering across teams.
  • Willingness to travel region for in-person engagements.
