- Hands-on Cognigy.AI: flow design, NLU config, agent orchestration, analytics.
- Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with CCaaS, CX platforms, CRM integrations.
- Collaborate with Support, Product and Engineering across teams.
- Willingness to travel region for in-person engagements.
