Build learning journeys for multiple personas across internal and external audiences.
Design end-to-end content: SCORM modules, decks, videos, job aids.
Author and publish SCORM courses to Sift's LMS with tracking.
Deliver live and virtual training: onboarding, launches, workshops, briefs.
Run product enablement around launches: readiness criteria and assets.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in L&D/Enablement/Instructional Design in B2B SaaS.
Proven track record launching multi-persona learning programs from scratch.
Experience leading large-scale enablement across employees and customers.
Hands-on SCORM content creation experience.
Strong instructional design with measurable program outcomes.
Experience administering and optimizing LMS (Absorb, Lessonly) and integrations.
Excellent facilitation and executive communication.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; ATD CPTD/CPLP certifications a plus.
