Support regulatory structure, scheme rule compliance, and customer agreements.
Build scalable processes for legal review and product launches.
Stay up-to-date on US and international payments and privacy laws.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years as a qualified lawyer in top firm or in-house in financial/fintech.
Juris Doctorate (JD) degree required.
Experience counseling product and technical teams, and non-lawyers on product deals.
Ability to understand complex business models quickly.
Entrepreneurial, self-starter, thrives in fast-paced environments with ambiguity.
Excellent judgment and strong written and verbal communication.
Excellent project management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
