🎯 Requirements
- U.S. state license; J.D. or equivalent with 5+ years in fintech/crypto.
- Experience counseling product/engineering teams on regulated fintech/crypto launches.
- Strong knowledge of consumer financial regs (Reg E, BSA, SEC, CFTC) and privacy.
- AML/KYC expertise and money transmission obligations under banking laws.
- Proven problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented, cross-departmental collaborator to enable launches.
