🎯 Requirements
- JD from accredited law school; admitted to at least one US state bar.
- 4+ years in-house product counsel, preferably SaaS/tech.
- Strong technical understanding of SaaS platforms and cybersecurity.
- Expertise in GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, export controls; IP, OSS; AI regs.
- Experience drafting/negotiating complex commercial and tech agreements.
- Excellent communication; able to work cross-functionally globally.
- Pragmatic, business-focused advisory with independent judgment.
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
