🎯 Requirements

- Expertise in payments, e-money, AML, PSD2, E-Money Directive, and MiCA.
- Direct experience advising on crypto, stablecoin, and money movement products globally.
- Ability to translate complex legal requirements into actionable business advice.
- Collaborative, team-focused, and knowledge-sharing.
- Qualified English solicitor or local equivalent.
- Passion for technology and quick grasp of business models.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter, thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent judgment when making decisions with imperfect information.
- Strong written and verbal communication and project management.
