📋 Description

• Lead legal affairs for markets/products; advise on securities, banking, and insurance laws.
• Advise internal markets teams on legal/business strategy; support Real-World Asset tokens.
• Guide product lifecycle from conception to launch and sunset.
• Stay up-to-date on digital assets, blockchain, securities, and tech laws to ensure compliance.
• Provide forward-looking and ad hoc guidance to marketing/design on product lifecycles.
• Build relationships with affiliates and ecosystem players for product lifecycles.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in financial markets law (securities/crypto) in-house or as outside counsel.
• Expertise in Securities Act 1933, 1934 Act, Advisers Act, and 1940 Act.
• Experience at a regulatory agency (SEC, CFTC) is a plus.
• Product counseling in blockchain/crypto/securities; apply laws to new products.
• Deep knowledge of compliance/regulatory requirements for crypto assets and markets.
• J.D. and state bar membership.
