🎯 Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar in at least one U.S. state.
- 12+ years of legal experience advising on product/tech matters at a top law firm and/or in-house.
- Deep expertise in privacy, data protection, consumer protection, IP, advertising/marketing, content moderation, and AI/ML governance.
- Proven ability to provide practical, business-focused legal counsel in a high-velocity environment.
- Strong executive presence; distill complex issues for technical and leadership audiences; cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience building or leading a product counsel/technology law function, ideally from an early stage.
