- Strong facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with whiteboarding tools (Miro, FigJam)
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Axure, ProtoPie)
- Ability to plan and conduct research (qualitative and quantitative)
