Product Compliance Program Manager

📋 Description

• Advise teams on regulatory, payment, and partner requirements to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Partnerships, and Risk to streamline requirements and controls.
• Conduct risk assessments and testing to validate controls for new and existing products.
• Support regulatory exams and partner diligence requests as needed.
• Maintain compliance policies aligning product innovation with evolving standards.
• Partner across control functions to streamline compliance across the product lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in financial services product compliance or regulatory advisory.
• Expert knowledge of BSA/AML and sanctions (KYC/KYB, OFAC) across assets.
• Familiarity with US/international regulatory compliance for money movement and digital assets.
• Experience working with technical teams; focus on automation and scale.
• Track record building/maturing compliance programs in high-growth environments.
• Experience using AI to analyze regulatory frameworks and scale compliance programs.
