Embed with Product partners to provide strategic compliance advice.
Identify product gaps and coordinate compliant remediation plans.
Collaborate with Compliance to inventory risks and controls for Square Lending.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in compliance, payments and lending
Deep knowledge AML/BSA, UDAP/UDAAP, TILA, Reg Z, MLA, FCRA, ECOA
Metrics-driven approach to substantiated solutions
Operationally capable to support Product partners
Ability to influence others and align on compliance goals
Experience working with teams at all levels
