📋 Description

• Scale and oversee the banking product compliance program (money transmitter, consumer protection).
• Lead regulatory, partner, and internal audits for banking products and remediation.
• Partner with product and engineering to embed compliance in design and launches.
• Own and improve banking compliance policies, procedures, and controls.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in financial services compliance with banking/fintech.
• Hands-on with bank partners and state/federal regulators.
• Knowledge of UDAAP, EFTA, TISA, and money transmission laws.
• Design and scale compliance programs for consumer financial products.
• Navigate ambiguity; communicate complex regulatory issues clearly.
• Align with Robinhood’s mission to expand US financial access.
