- AI-native workflow: daily use of agentic tools; demonstrate workflow
- Startup experience; comfortable with ambiguity and pace
- English proficiency; work with US founders/advisors
- Based in Latin America
- Founder or co-founder experience across ventures
- Experience taking product from zero to first paying customers
- Exposure to outcome-based or value-based business models
