🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in analytics, experimentation, or data science.
- 2+ years managing direct reports.
- Strong experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
- Strong SQL skills; complex queries.
- Deep understanding of statistical methods (e.g., t-tests, chi-square, regression).
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or related field.
