- Monitor, evaluate, and report NewUI health, usage, and workflow performance.
- Partner with the Prescriber PM to identify workflow gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain dashboards and operational metrics tracking adoption, workflow success rates, and prescriber access issues.
- Own triage for prescriber-facing issues, working with Support, Engineering, and QA to resolve defects.
- Document escalation patterns and propose solutions to improve workflow reliability.
- Validate fixes and production releases related to NewUI prescriber workflows.
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years related experience with a Bachelor's or equivalent.
- 1–3 years in product analysis, QA, or SaaS/healthcare support.
- Experience with workflow-heavy systems and escalations.
- Healthcare tech exposure; familiarity with NCPDP, HL7, or FHIR is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven insights.
- Excellent documentation and project-management capabilities.
- Familiarity with APIs, system logs, and integration patterns.
- Experience with BI dashboards and SQL basics.
