🎯 Requirements

- 0–2 years experience with real responsibility
- Practical experience beyond academia (internships, startups, fintech, data, operations)
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data (SQL, Python, Excel)
- Structured problem-solver who can break down real-world problems
- Clear communicator with technical and non-technical teams
