Product Analyst

📋 Description

• Own key reports and dashboards; track activation and retention
• Standardize metrics and build self serve data from one source of truth
• Collaborate with product, growth, marketing, and support to turn questions into insights
• Lead metrics reviews with stakeholders and ad hoc reports for sales GTM
• Run experiments on growth funnel; explore churn, pricing, and growth efficiency
• Prototype AI driven tools to speed experimentation, reporting, and anomaly detection

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years as a data analyst or analytics engineer at high-growth startups
• Expert SQL skills; work with large, complex datasets
• Product sense and growth loops; track record of moving key metrics
• AI-native mindset; leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and decision-making
• Strong communication; cross-functional; empower teams with data
• Python experience or BI tools like Metabase or Looker (nice to have)
