🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, risk management, insurance, or related field.
• 5+ years in underwriting, risk management, or agency performance.
• Strong knowledge of protection class data, geo-location, and vendor systems.
• Experience in project management with rolling out programs across teams.
• Proficiency in data analytics to extract actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
