🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 1-3 years in onboarding, customer success, or related.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workloads (30+ accounts).
- Working knowledge of change management frameworks (ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter) and data-driven adoption.
- Strong technical aptitude to learn complex software and explain to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication skills for training, consulting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gainsight, and Microsoft Teams.
