📋 Description

• Lead the social team; bridge brand vision with daily execution.
• Collaborate with the Creative Producer on growth strategy, visual identity, and distribution across platforms.
• Manage the social production pipeline to preserve brand integrity while meeting high-volume output.
• Ensure social content supports the long-form ecosystem and meets KPI targets.
• Based in Las Vegas, NV or relocate; reports to the Creative Producer.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in social production, digital strategy, or content creation
• Proven track record of scaling social accounts via original video
• Identify viral moments within long-form content
• Understand platform nuances across major social networks
• Thrive in a studio with documented, repeatable workflows
• Comfortable using AI across workflows
• Experience managing a small team of editors or coordinators
