🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of professional production experience in mobile, console, or online games
- Hands-on experience managing agile workflows using JIRA and Confluence
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to facilitate discussions, manage dependencies, and communicate across disciplines
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities
- Nice to Have: Scrum Master experience or formal Scrum certification
