Create detailed timelines for content creation and execution with cross-functional teams.
Be main contact for speakers; brief on expectations, tech needs, and logistics.
Collaborate with production/AV on lighting, sound, video, and stage design.
Travel to onsite events as needed to oversee delivery and logistics.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in large-scale event management (in-person and virtual)
Collaborative, cross-functional work style
Influencing, problem-solving, and consensus-building
Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
Detail-oriented with multi-priority management; Bachelor's Degree
Travel domestically and internationally
