Manage daily order processing to vendors; ensure on-time delivery.
Resolve order exceptions with internal/external teams and mitigate delays.
Monitor Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and raise concerns before impact.
Collaborate with Ops, Customer Success, CX, Product, and Sales; report on order status.
Drive process improvements and document changes for prioritization.
Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for procurement workflows and order systems.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in operations, procurement, or supply chain.
Experience placing orders, managing lead times, and coordinating with vendors.
Proficiency with JIRA, Slack, and Retool (or similar).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; focus on process efficiency.
Clear written and verbal communication for a remote, global team.
Proactive problem-solving and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
