Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle: requisitions, vendor selection, contracting, and POs.
Partner with Finance, IT, Legal, HR to align sourcing strategies.
Evaluate and onboard global vendors; maintain vendor data and KPIs.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and SLAs to achieve cost savings and risk mitigation.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, controls, and audits.
Track renewals for SaaS subscriptions and software licenses.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
5–8 years of procurement experience, global SaaS/tech preferred
Strong experience sourcing SaaS tools, IT services, and professional services
Good understanding of contract negotiation and vendor management
Experience with procurement tools (Coupa, Ariba, or similar)
Exposure to global procurement practices and multi-currency environments
