- Support day-to-day procurement operations using procurement tools to manage intake, approvals, and workflow routing
- Support the implementation of a new intake-to-pay platform with full procurement orchestration capabilities
- Process and maintain purchase orders, vendor records, and related transactions in NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls
- Partner with Legal to support contract intake, review, execution, and metadata management within Conga CLM
- Ensure data consistency and alignment across procurement orchestration tools, Conga CLM, and NetSuite throughout the procure-to-pay lifecycle
- Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders on procurement processes, system usage, and request status
🎯 Requirements
- Hands-on experience with procurement orchestration platforms and intake-to-execution workflows
- Working knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP systems, particularly related to purchasing and vendor management
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools, ideally Conga CLM
- Strong understanding of procure-to-pay processes and how systems interact across Legal, Finance, and Procurement
- A process-driven mindset with a focus on data accuracy, scalability, and continuous improvement
- Experience operating in a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment
