📋 Description

• Lead a risk-tiered procurement model for low-dollar spends with offshore delivery.
• Oversee high-volume buying and PR ops aligned with policy thresholds.
• Standardize end-to-end procurement processes and cross-functional handoffs.
• Own PR intake, review, and approvals for policy compliance.
• Establish governance, reporting, and analytics for cost visibility.
• Manage supplier onboarding end-to-end with due diligence and risk checks.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in procurement ops, shared services, or related roles in global or regulated environments.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally to operationalize procurement and financial controls.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end P2P workflows, PR governance, onboarding, and audit controls.
• Proven experience governing global Procurement BPO or shared services with offshore delivery.
• Experience designing low-dollar, low-risk procurement models with playbooks and clear escalation thresholds.
• Proven ability to develop SOPs and training programs at scale.
