- Serve as PM for a third-party vendor engagement (Zip) to redesign procurement workflow
- Partner with Zip to evaluate current processes and drive a refreshed procurement workflow
- Audit and cleanup procurement data: inactive vendors, expired contracts, and orphaned cards
- Identify and remediate data integrity issues across the procurement platform
- Document new workflows, policies, and procedures as part of the reimplemented process
- Support ad hoc accounting and finance special projects as needed
🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or procurement
- Experience with procurement or procure-to-pay platforms (Zip, Coupa, SAP, or similar)
- Strong PM and organizational skills; comfortable managing external vendors
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with data cleanup and system migrations a plus
