- Own the procurement tool; setup, documentation, and stakeholder training.
- Create and enhance procurement policies, risk gates, and templates.
- Manage contract expirations; coordinate renewals with owners.
- Ensure MaRisk/DORA/NIS2/KRITIS compliance and risk guardrails.
- Source technically; optimize cloud spend (GCP) and negotiate SLAs.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally Fintech/regulated finance.
- Strong IT infrastructure and cloud knowledge; speak Finance and Engineering.
- Detail-driven with policy-writing mindset; process-focused.
- Self-starter; able to set strategy and execute.
- Experience with Procurement Automation Tools.
- Fluent in English and German; Berlin mandatory.
