Perform procurement activities: pre-qualification, supplier agreements, contracts, tenders.
Ensure compliance with purchasing and contracting policies.
Liaise with key employees to determine product and service needs.
Obtain legal and risk management approvals for sourcing.
Manage overall direction, coordination and evaluation of procurement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience in fast-paced SaaS environments.
Over 5 years of PO process experience.
Proficient negotiation to drive cost savings and favorable terms.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
Experience with Tipalti, NetSuite or similar systems.
