Procurement & Inventory Management Associate

📋 Description

• Supports global supply chain operations by managing purchase orders.
• Monitors production and supplier performance.
• Ensures inventory accuracy across the global network.
• Works with Supply Chain Planning, QA, and external partners.
• Creates SAP purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Tracks deliveries and resolves AP discrepancies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
• 5+ years of supply chain experience; life sciences/pharma preferred
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, inventory management, and supply planning
• Experience managing purchase orders and supplier relationships
• Ability to track production, inventory, and logistics across global networks
• ERP systems experience (SAP strongly preferred)
