Procurement Enablement Lead

📋 Description

• Partner across Procurement, Finance, Legal, Security, Privacy, and IT to streamline spend workflows.
• Design and improve procurement intake, guidance, and workflow experiences.
• Translate policies and insights into clear requirements for automation and reporting.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Technology to optimize workflow configurations, approvals, SLAs.
• Identify AI, automation, and analytics opportunities to reduce manual work.
• Build KPI reporting and data-driven insights for improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Procurement Technology, Procurement Operations, or related roles.
• Hands-on with Zip, Oracle Fusion, VNDLY, Navan, Brex, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Source-to-Contract, Procure-to-Pay, Travel & Expense, Contingent Workforce.
• Experience designing and scaling enterprise workflows and automation.
• Strong analytical skills with metrics, reporting, and large datasets.
• Translate business requirements into scalable workflows; cross-functional partner.
