Procurement Counsel

📋 Description

• Lead vendor contract negotiations for tech, marketing, services, and events.
• Ensure vendor contracts meet policy, legal, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Mitigate risk by aligning contracts with business needs.
• Collaborate with Finance and Global Procurement to enforce processes.
• Review and negotiate NDAs; develop scalable templates and processes.
• Partner with InfoSec and Privacy to ensure data protection compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of contract negotiation experience in tech/vendor deals.
• Ability to spot issues and articulate Braze’s positions to vendors.
• Strong internal/external relationship-building and collaboration.
• Experience with a fast-growing technology company is preferred.
• CLM tools (Ironclad) a plus; AI-powered drafting tools preferred.
• JD/LL.B./LL.M. and license to practice in London/Berlin/Paris/Singapore.
